The location of the hotel was particularly good and magnificent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Manning Valley Libraries. And it was also right by the river bank across the road, Taree and also the Sailos club and water front. We booked standard queen room, it was neat.

I stayed here for 2 nights, and I plan to return because everything was top-notch, from the on-site parking to the newly renovated and tidy room, plus the wonderful service provided.

The location of the hotel was great for our needs as it was close to our family's home. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. We also enjoyed the prompt breakfast delivery to our room.

The room was dated and in need of some renovations. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was lumpy, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

The rooms were super clean and roomy, plus you could cook in there. The location was awesome, especially if you wanted to check out the Manning Regional Art Gallery. 🎨

Had an enjoyablem stay

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. This place was conveniently located within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in the town centre, making it extremely convenient for me to explore the area. The staff here were incredibly caring and accommodating, always going above and beyond to address my complex requests. The room itself was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable sitting area and a dining table. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as the free toiletries and tea/coffee facilities provided.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Bathroom hand basin taps difficult to turn - dripping water reported to Reception. WiFi not accessible! Bathroom door VERY noisy to open and close. Badly fitted.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable; walking distance to the river and all the cafes for breakfast, as well as being close to the town centre, restaurants & shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and came with comfortable beds. In particular, the breakfast was very good and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. As an added bonus, there are excellent facilities like a BBQ area, pool and a boat ramp close by.

The rooms could use a few updates to make them more modern and appealing, like new tiles or sink fixtures.

Not impressed that my otherwise good stay was spoilt by a staff member trying to enter my room the next morning while I was getting dressed. Who didn't even make any attempt to call out and apologise when I yelled out to confirm I was still in the room. This was at 8.45am well before the time I had to vacate at 10.00am

People in the next unit sitting outside our room and talking in loud voices, however the talking stopped at a reasonable hour.
